    how can i keep a track on my sons calls, messages and emails on his blackberry z10. Is there a free download from BB world available?

    If you are a Verizon customer, they have a service for that. 5 bucks a month. It won't let you read/ hear what he's doing but you can see the numbers they go to and when.
