    Anytime I'm trying to download from Google play store, 1 mobile store and amazon app store I always, it's always telling me no network but I tried using my friends Hotspot yesterday it got connected. So I tried reloading my os as I was told on here and after reloading my os losing so many datas and I'm still experiencing same thing. Is there anything wrong somewhere? And I can download with BlackBerry World why only all android app stores? Please kindly help.

    Try installing the amazon app directly from the amazon website and/or sideload snap

    It's a runtime problem. Your data connections are turned off in the runtime. No android app will be able to use Internet. Installing Snap won't solve that.

    You can download Android Assistant from Cobalt's app, Play Store, from Amazon App Store, or Snap. I recommend Cobalt's as well as his other Google-related apps.

    Thanks yall, especially Srannel cuz I got it fixed with android assistant. My andriod mobile network turned off itself . So I turned it on with the andriod assistant. So thanks so much
