i gave my phone to cell service shop to repair.but its now a month they are not responding properly and telling now phone has been lost. i want my phone any cost.. so what are the steps against that cell service shop i can take?

You can sue them. It's a civil matter really, so I doubt the police will intervene--but you could try.

Also, if there's a licensing agency that oversees such shops, file a complaint with them as well.
