    Contact your carrier. They will blacklist the IMEI for you. Keep in mind though, that while this blacklisting is technically a reversible process, it might be a nightmare to get the carrier to reverse it. So if you think you may recover your phone, don't contact them. Otherwise, get in touch with them right away.

    Contact your carrier as well log onto blackberry protect and remotely wipe your device if you can't located it that is
