    About a week ago, my BlackBerry Bold 9930 started having an issue and is giving me a big pain. My phone is completely 'personal' (no employer email stuff); I have several email accounts which have regularly worked fine; BUT, one account, seemingly on its own whim as to when, gives me a message to validate that account. It usually takes many entries of my email password before it is finally accepted -- both by doing it on the phone and also when doing it using the carrier's (sprint) website where I can add, edit, etc. my email accounts. All suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

    Try looking in BBW for an app like Account cleaner.

    Thanks. I searched for account cleaner and didn't find anything that's called "account cleaner" nor that refers to cleaning accounts. I have the RAM cleaner or booster in the list. Would it be Cache Cleaner?

    Try deleting the account and reset it up, sometimes that works.

    Thank you, very much - - it's working & hopefully will keep doing so. FYI, I did the delete and redo via the sprint Blackberry site. Weirdly, for that account, it had and still has ipostoffice.worldnet.att.net instead of pop.att.yahoo.com which is the setting in my Outlook account; and, it wouldn't and won't let me change it to the same as Outlook. BUT, with your help it's working NOW :-) Bless you!
