The previous versions of blackberry that I owned had the capability of sending an email message to up to hundred contacts in a group, but I am having challenges doing that with the z30. I keep on getting the error message that states:"Error-permanent-contentnot-accepted" or "short message transfer rejected". Thanks

What OS do you have installed?
Do you have a data plan?
Whatever it is.. the first thing you should do is talk to your carrier. That's what you're paying them for.
The short answer is yes you can.i have a z30 and have no issue with sending multiple e-mails or texts. It truly maybe your carrier has previously stated

At what part of the composing process do you get that error? I've never seen that error before. Sounds strange.
