I have a Z10 device versi�n STL100-3 and my mobile operator needs to know wich model is (RFK121LW or RFF91LW), because they can�t give to me the 4G LTE service.
I�m in Argentina and the operator is Movistar (in his web page they insert the Z10 versi�n STL100-3 as compatible with the 4G LTE network).

Do they really want to know which one of the two STL100-3s it is, for some weird activation purposes maybe? Because in reality, both are the same--they have the same bands.

True. I have a couple of STL100-3 AT&T branded (RFF91LW) unlocked. When I use a T-Mobile SIM in the phones all the bands that the RFK121LW has become available. So to make things simple, The 2 versions are exactly the same. The RFF91LW becomes a RFK121LW depending on the SIM installed.
