    I have updated my bb z3 os 10.3 but i am unable to find old system apps such as music,pictures,videos and many more what should i need to do now

    You installed a developer version most likely, and that does not include all the apps.


    I would suggest you use a full version like http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le.../#post12740706 and reload it.
