    Also I have problems opening emails from all ie. ebay amazon etc. Headers show but on opening I have a revolving icon. Thanks

    also opening received emails is a problem, ie ebay, amazon etc. Although text and Whatsapp good.
    Sent emails using various carriers are the same, they show a timer but do not send.

    Thanks for your reply, I have a Z10.

    BTW when adding an Ntl account I was directed to Gmail rather than Ntlworld which I was trying to install. Would this help?

    The other email addresses installed Ok, AOL and Yahoo (apart from all of them not sending emails ! and only receiving and then not opening fully)
