    I have just transferred all my information from my old 9320 to a new 9315 but now when I use bbm it shows the bbm as delivered but not read and the recipient does not see if their reply is delivered what can I do

    Hello and welcome to CB. Have you tried removing your BBID reboot and re add it? Is there a BBM update?

    Do you receive their messages?

    Also have them check their Blocked Users lists in BBM to make sure that your pin is not listed. Contrary to belief, PINs do get reused at times.
