    I did factory reset, uninstall the app and reinstall it, but no luck at all.

    Download this - https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...rry.bbve&hl=en and run the tests. If the camera fails, then it's a hardware issue in which case you must seek a return, exchange, or insurance claim or whatever is most fitting for how you purchased the device.
