I need help, is there other settings i have to do on my phone to activate this Caller ID?

Even if you have caller ID enabled, those who purposely "block" their numbers on their end, it will come up as "unknown caller".
Not sure, but there is a way to alert callers who have blocked their number on their end to require them to dial a "*82", plus the number they are trying to get to transmit their number so you can see it when they call your number.
