    I had several icons on my phone (twitter, safe keeper, evergreen, etc..) and they are suddenly missing. I did not delete them so I hope I can somehow retrieve them. When I google in how to find the missing icons I keep being told to go to the menu key and show all ...I don't know what the menu key is and there is nothing that says show all.

    That fix is for older BBOS phones, there's no "show all" on BB10.

    Have you updated your phone recently?

    To get back your apps, got to blackberry world then hit the overflow button on the bottom left, choose "my world", then "available" and download the apps that have been deleted.
