    i tried resetting it in both device and through my pc,it showed "the password is changed successfully" but i tried logging in again device is asking for the original password i logged in with.
    Please help i cant use my bbm, bb world etc....

    If you've tried to change your BBM password and you can't change it, you'll need to reset your BB ID. The following KB explains the steps how to do it. If I remember, it was a little tricker than the KB states, as I had to do it on my Bold.
