    After dropping my z10 now when I drag my figure to take it out of the sleep position nothing happen. How can I fix it? Also my screen is cracked.

    Tear it open and replace whatever is broken. Either yourself or through a repair shop somewhere.

    When the screen cracks on the Z10 it also breaks the digitizer. You are SOL bud...sorry...
