[CrackBerry Question]

I dont get notifications on my first screen since the update of 10.2.1.3062 anymore. (with the first screen I mean where you can watch what time it is) Before the update I saw how many whatsapp, email, facebook, twitter messages etc. I got and when I received a new one.

I hope you guys can help me how I can get that back

It says that it is active so it supposed to show my notifications.. I think that the update is not correct! BlackBerry please help!

Can we just clear the obvious out of the way first? Have you tried a hard reset?

Yes I did Banco. It's still the same. A person in an other topic with update 10.2.1.2976 got the same problem as me.

Not sure if this will help. But turn them off. Then reboot. Then turn back on and see what happens. If doesn't work try another reboot.

It doesn't work tex3523 I was a big fan of BlackBerry but this is so bad! I was thinking about the BlackBerry Passport but this is not pleasant at all. They got 6 hours right now to fix it and they didn't. Not a business service at all.

Well the only thing I can think of at this point is to plug it into your computer and use link to restore a previous back up. Hopefully you did this.

I think you got an incomplete download when you went to upgrade. By chance did you download OTA? And not on wifi? That has created problems for some. Another option is to upload an older version. You would have to search the forums for directions on how to do that. I'm not that familiar with it.

Thanks for your help tex3523. I downloaded via wifi. I did restore a previous back up before but that took me a whole night. My BlackBerry don't did it in a simply hour. I don't do that again, he was almost f*cked up. I'm not amusing by this for real. Don't like the service of BlackBerry anymore, they should put out a new update for all the people which got the same problem as me. They must be glad that customers still trust BlackBerry after all what's said about it. How can they put out a bad update like that? ugh..
