    Why did you factory reset? Were you having any problems prior to doing so? Did you interrupt the wipe process?
    How did you reset? Did you initiate from your device or with BBLINK?

    Start with a hard reboot by holding power button down for about 20 seconds...you want the red LED to flash and ideally the boot process will initiate.

    If that fails connect to your desktop via USB and open BBLINK if you have it installed.

    When connected to Link check to see if device is recognized. If not then try to force recognition with a hard reboot as described above. Hopefully that will wake the device.
