I deleted my Blackberry id off another phone without first wiping the other phone now i don't know what to do as i cant swipe it due to not having my bbid anymore

Google (your friend) about resetting your BBID, and you will find the link and process to reset it.

You don't remember your BBID?

If you have access to the email account you used to setup your BBID, then no problem https://blackberryid.blackberry.com/...coverpassword/

If you've forgotten everything... if it's an older phone running an older OS, you should be able to wipe it and create a new BBID. If it's a newer device and OS like BB10.2.?? and had BlackBerry Protect enabled. Then you now have a paper weight.
