I know the specific date and time the email was sent. I looked in the email folders and there is no deleted folder and sent messages disappear after 1 week. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

As long as you deleted it on handheld and not on server, you should be able to log on via Web or desktop client to access the email. You would then likely mark unread, refresh your hub and think it should appear.

I logged into my email provider. I have settings set to delete all deleted after 7 days so I guess I am out of luck.

Perhaps you could change or at least review your settings now as a result.

Check with your mail provider support, it may be possible for them to restore your last 30 days of mail for you.
I know we had Google restore a clients emails for them that an employee maliciously deleted, purged.

Can you ask the party you sent it to, to forward a copy to you?

Well, on the bright side: Summer's coming! Definitely going to be chilling with a cold beer in the hot tub in a few short weeks. Really looking forward to working on my tan.

May be you still can retrieve it... look in the folder of sent items online, with a computer.

Is any effort being made to enable undeleting email messages? I just dumped one by mistake this morning before I had a chance to read it.
