    i have installed the first 2 files but now cant install the last file, i am running os10.3 the file com.android.vending keeps telling me failed to install this app

    Make sure you have updated to 10.3.2 and if on version 2876 that you corrected the android runtime error.

    Delete all of your installed Cobalt files and reinstall ALL again.
    Follow the steps on the first page of Cobalts thread exactly. You have likely missed a step.
