I can't get incoming calls on my z10

Hello there's a problem in my OS if I'm not mistaken, after upgrading to 10.3.1.1565 on my Z10 I can't get any incoming calls when people calls.. only I make outgoings. I have tried certain ways but it's ain't working. It's uncomfortable without incoming calls. Solutions Pls. Thanks

Try updating again http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...links-1006171/ or via the Blitz process non destructive http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...vices-1006285/ as it seems you may not have appropriate radio installed.
