    I recently wiped my Q10 through BlackBerry link it got stucked showing me error 0015,I did all I can but still the same thing.So I took the phone and had it flashed,now I cant find my file manager,image viewer,music player and video player and also when I download an app,it will start to load and then it will crash and close the app,please help out on this one

    Sounds like you installed a developer OS. Find an official OS autoloader and install that.

    Jut copy it, go to your cb10 setting / signature and paste it there.
