    When I press volume up and volume down key together then its take screen shot but if I hold both of them for a long while to hard reset then Nothing Happens... why..?
    Seeking for solution??

    My mobile work well but only problem is that my camera not working in my Z10STL100-1/10.3.2.2639 since 10.2 update.
    I want to hard reset it but I can't.

    If your camera function remains as a problem you should keep to your original thread.

    This thread implies your problem was with the ability to hard reset.
