    Hello I have BB v.10

My phone is full of pictures and I want to move them to my computer so that I will have space again.
When I connect my phone to the computer and use BB device manager it all works up until a point where it says there is a problem please reconnect your device. I choose another USB port and same thing. I noticed that the volume will not mount, even when I try to do it manually.
I tried BB Link to sync and it actually goes through with the process of syncing but right when it ends it says there is a problem connecting and nothing shows up under synced photos. There is however a huge file on my computer which i cannot open that is the size of all the photos.

Please help!! I've been on the technical support page and tried many things already

Many of use have tried "many" things... and it just doesn't work. That said usually we can't get the phone to be recognized at all, that you are able to get LINK to see your phone is encouraging. Can you browse the folders on your phone with LINK?

What version of Windows are you using?
What OS is your phone running?

    Hello,
    Thanks for responding.
I do not have the latest update because there is no space on the phone,
but I am on version 10.
I cannot browse what is on the phone no.
How can this even be an issue? It's so easy with every other phone.

Because most phones have updated software or use more standardized drivers.

If you have iTunes... there is a fix that must be applied or it blocks communications to the phone.

Otherwise you can delete all BlackBerry software - even go into registry and delete all mention of BlackBerry (regedit), reboot and reinstall the software.

There are other things to try, simply to numerous and varied to post here... do a search.

But many of us have not been able to make it work anymore.

    Welcome to CrackBerry...

As I said, a search here is probably going to reveal a number of different possible solutions.... Windows - BB10 - LINK - 3rd Party Software - varied hardware, all make for a very complicated "mess".
