[CrackBerry Question]

i turned my phone on today and i have lost access to emails, texts, Whatsapp etc. whenever i try to swipe into the hub it tells me "preparing hub", this lasts for hours, makes the phone really hot and drains the battery.

i am unable to back up and unable to switch and transfer data to different phone.

Are you able to access any other functions on the phone? Which model and OS are you running? I know you are running a Z30, but knowing the model will help.

Try pressing the volume up and down buttons together for a few seconds until the phone goes off and turns back on and when you see the blackberry logo let go of the buttons and let the phone boot. Once device has started up try and access the hub, also try and delete the accounts you have on the device and add them one by one until you find out the culprit. Hope that helps.
