[CrackBerry Question]

i was on ebay looking for a cheap phone and i came across an iphone se that was being sold for $200. i met up with the person and unfortunately it was paid by cash and i tried contacting the person because the only information they put up was their phone number. now whenever i try to contact the person it says "the number you have called is disconnected" i want to email the owner but the activation lock says the phone has been lost/stolen and their email is hidden for privacy reasons. can anyone help me out on what to do? it sucks cause i drove 3 hours for this phone ...

I'd say drop it off at an Apple Store if there is one near you.
