I am new to blackberry. I tried to set up a blackberry id. When I went to confirm ID it told me my password was invalid. I have been able to log in on computer but never on the device. I reset the password and even account. I cant get the info out of the fields on the blackberry id page of my phone in the settings link. any help would be much appreciated.
