    What are you trying to downgrade to?

    Once on 10.3.2, you can't go back to 10.3.1 or below.

    I suggest you use the much newer 10.3.2.2789 autoloader.

    Not terrible if that's the only issue you are having.

    You could try to recalibrate your battery. Turn off your phone, remove the battery, plug in the phone for half an hour, then put the battery back in (while still plugged in) and let it reboot. Keep it charging until it hits 100%.
