    I am still using windows 7 on my hp elite book,i noticed one thing sometimes my Q10 will connect with d BlackBerry link while mostly it won't.Pls what should I do because I downloaded autoloader and really wants to use it,advise needed.

    You are not supposed to have blackberry link opened when using autoloader.

    Plug in your device and don't open blackberry link. The PC should discover it since you have the drivers installed.

    Once the PC discovers it, run your autoloader.

    This is correct. Make sure you have the right autoloader (for your phone, not a developer OS) downloaded and I always recommend performing a backup before upgrading OS version, just in case.
