    You can try to sideload it, it won't install "semi-natively", and the sideloading of Android Apps is hit/miss,
    About 60 percent of the time they work, the rest of the time is time wasted.

    No you can't.

    Even if you converted it to a bar file and somehow got it working, it wouldn't do you any good because the PlayBook can't install android apk files directly - which is what the Amazon appstore does.
