    How long have you had the phone, and when did this issue start to occur? Have you changed your network provider or base location?

    Have you tried any of:
    • Re-boot (eg power cycle)
    • Soft Reset
    • Hard Reset


    A client of mine still uses her Z10 (she was a very early adopter) and the sound quality is excellent when she uses 2G, 3G, & BBM Voice - it's not so great when she uses WhatsApp Voice & Skype....
