Have you tried to replace the software as it instructed? Not too much to help with.

Turn the phone on so that error 514 is showing on screen, then plug the phone into Desktop Manager.

On Desktop Manager it should say can connect with device and it will give you 3 options, Retry - Update - Close.

Click on the option to Update and follow the instructions to Reload the device software, do not interrupt or disconnect the device from the PC until it says it's finished and safe to do so.

The phone may switch off and on once or twice while the update process is taking place. This is normal.
