    Whenever the battery fell below 10%, the light would blink yellow...solid green when fully charged...blinking red when there was a text/call/e-mail/BBM/etc. That light is not working. Is there any way to make it work?

    Have you run the virtual assistant? Try that. It's possible that the light is burnt out if there is no blinking. Another possibility is that you have the phone on Do Not Disturb mode. That prevents all notifications.

    Have you checked through the Settings? Go to Settings > Notifications > Choose any profile Normal/Silent/Meeting and so on.

    Then check whether LED is enabled.
