If I was to purchase a Passport phone, what carrier would I use... or would it simply be an expensive paperweight?

I use my passport here in the Houston area on Tmobile and it works great! 4GLTE coverage is good and the phone works great.

According to a previous post the pp works only on all GSM networks and all 4g networks. So as long as there is 4g coverage you're good regardless of carrier.

AT&T in Atlanta and great LTE coverage. Also travel the nation and get good LTE coverage everywhere. Bought factory unlocked at shopblackberry and the nano sim from AT&T was FREE! Great phone. Fast LTE.
