    Is there any way to wipe all data and accounts by BB link w/o reloading the whole os?

    Why not just do a security wipe right on your device? It will leave your OS intact but all the data will be gone.

    Yes. When you open link with your device connected, go to backup and right below that page, you will the option to factory reset. Clicking it will trigger a wipe of your device and restoring it to factory condition. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to be done depending on the volume of data on your device.

    If I am not wrong, it performs wipe without downloading the os I.e factory reset in Off line mode.

    Then use an autoloader and be done in 10 minutes. Or do as Shorski says...

    Yes. Confirm.
    It just wipes and restore your current OS, no downloading is done.
    Just like a normal security wipe on the phone.
