The WiFi connection is restricted by username and password..how can use net without username and password?

You can't.
Period.
You need the security access from the owner of the wifi network.

The simple answer is that you cannot. If it's a WiFi network you should be able to access, contact the administrator. If it's a network that you shouldn't have privileges on, leave it alone.
