Probably not, unless you can gain the cooperation of the other CDMA carrier. You will need them to enter the IMEI number in to their database manually. You CAN use the device on any GSM network that has a supported frequency 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900, but you will be limited to 2G speeds.

'Unlocking' doesn't apply, the CDMA carrier in question must either program the MEID and other information into their network, or have the device flashed to their network. It isn't quite as easy as an unlock, but it can be done.

Generally you will need the cooperation of the carrier in question. It's not unheard of but it's also not common. Check with the carriers in your area first and see if they are willing to help.
