I tried to install many applications through APK and its doing fine but some applications are blocked in Middle East region. In thar case we need VPN. I tried to use android VPN but iit didn't worked. Please help as am noot able to use many of the important applications.

I'd say your best bet would be to take up the issue of censorship with your government. That's the root of the problem. Take a stand. Refuse to tolerate the censorship.
Check out VPNMe in BB World. An app made for BB10. Works very well. Inexpensive. Support is excellent if you have issues. You must be very careful with installation to follow the instructions but then all should be good to go. I, too, tried the free Android apk apps but none worked.
They block Porn, pirating websites and violence based websites.
I personally like the idea. I only use vpn to access region locked services like spotify, pandora and netflex.
