    I enter a password and now not quite sure what was to just have three more attempts to unblock or will loose all my information.

    Only way is to remember password. If not, the phone will wipe. Depending on your OS version, if it wipes you may have to know the bbid attached to the device to set it up again. Any OS past 10.3.2.500 with protect turn on when wiped needs the bbid to setup again.
