I have a BB Z30 with the 10.2.1.2977 OS which I can sync the contact info but not the calendar information; would someone point me in the right direction to rectify?

That sounds really strange.

If you are using EAS (Exchange Active Sync) the only reason I can think of is if you disabled calendar sync. You can check this under the account settings on the device.

I'm using BBLink with a USB cable; the option for syncing the calendar is grayed out which means in my mind it's not allowed?

First I need to know if you mean by Outlook 365 (it doesn't exist).

Since you are using BlackBerry Link you must have Outlook. Which version? (2007/2010/2013?)

365 makes me think Office 365 which is the name of MS cloud solution. Do you have such an account?
