    I downloaded an update to the Android Runtime, but I can't open it, it reads "initializing, please wait" and it stays that way for hours. And I still have the bug. The apps I deleted are still on my BB Q10, so I can neither download them again nor open them.

    The runtime fix is only intended for OS version 2876 (release 2836).

    Don't try to open after install from BBW...simply reboot your device and make sure you aren't in Dev mode prior to install.

    Then delete your android files.

    How come this link can't find the page? Has BlackBerry taken down the fix? Does anyone know if 10.3.3 will fix the uninstall problem? This is getting real old.

    Use the BB10 browser and make sure desktop mode is off.

    OK now, got it installed. I saw on another thread that you must use 'private browsing' to retrieve the update. That did it. Thanks for following up!

    After you done installing, dont click open. Just restart you blackberry and it will work splendidly. I can now uninstall my apps and install again

    Hi guys. About the android runtime update. After installing it, my Viber 10 app suddenly not working properly. My contacts are unsynced and not syncing and cannot add my local contacts. And any person on my local contacts list keeps telling me that I am trying to viber call them but I am not actually doing it. I tried so many times install and uninstall but still the same problem. Please help me guys. Thanks.

    Yes sir. Many times. But still the same problem. Actually it has been months since it happened. And still don't have viber in my phone. I installed the runtime update the same week it was released.

    I did seek help from the Viber developer through their customer help online but it didn't helped me. So I ended up not installing it anymore. But as of the moment, I need to install viber for work purposes. I'm the only BlackBerry user in my group and it's frustrating. I'd like to stick my Z30 though so I really need to fix my Viber. Thanks in advance guys.
