Which device and variant do you have?

Just plug it in the original wall charger, if your phone turns off during the boot up, it means your battery is too low. Keep it on charge, and try to turn it on. Different variants of the BlackBerry devices have different ways to turn on, in some you have to hold the volume keys, in others you have to hold the power button.

Always mention your device type and the device number/variant along with what you've done and what we're your results. You'll get help faster.

If this was a Z10 with some earlier OS version then there is a chance the device is dead. My sister went through two Z10s that way. I was never able to start them back up.
