I have bought old z10 he doesn't know BlackBerry id maybe he forgot I want it as new phone not his name on BlackBerry id. Also his id is not confirmed yet. Plz help me

If the phone has been updated in the last year with the newer anti-theft protection features.

The original owner will have to log onto the BlackBerry Protect website using his BBID, and remove the phone from his account... thereby disabling the requirement to use his BBID to logon to the device. If he doesn't remember the BBID and Password, then he needs to send your money back.
