Two things that worked for me:

    1. On your BlackBerry, go to Settings, Software Update and perform a check for updated software. Even though my phone was at version 10.3.3.1435 a software download (to the same version number) was found, downloaded and installed. I rebooted my phone afterwards and no more software update was found.

    2. Delete all existing Bluetooth connections, reboot and then scan for your Bluetooth device(s) and create fresh connections.

Hope this will work for you!

It's hard to suggest when I can't reproduce the problem.

But apart from rebooting and repairing, there isn't much else to try except for a clean install of the OS.

    Hi Matthias.
Thank you....tried your suggestion....still no fix
Bluetooth is virtually undiscoverable! Not searching for anything or have any options to press.
I can't even do refresh connections!
Is there something I can do to reload it??
This is so frustrating. I hate upgrades!

    What's repairing? How?

Clean install sounds scary. Is that a total wipe out of all info?? Will that resolve the issue?
And if that is the only way, how do I do that?
(I apologize for not knowing the technicalities of all this....I don't know the steps) thanks

Conite likely meant "re-pairing" as suggested by Matthias.
Make sure to delete any preexisting devices from your pairing list and also to reset the pairing function on the device you are attempting to connect to.

When I turn the bluetooth to "on", the screen is totally blank. Nothing to pair. Nothing to delete. Not a word or anything to press.
I love my blackberry and I don't want to have to look into an iphone because I cant resolve issues with BlackBerry

Sounds like you need to do a clean install (it will wipe out your data so make a backup first). Download an autoloader file for your specific BB10 device and run it from the PC.

I did a clean install too and my Bluetooth is working fine. Just need to delete the old Bluetooth connection entry from my car audio otherwise it didn't allow me to re-pair.
