    I cannot use any downloaded app from BlackBerry world and I think my only option is to restore it to factory settings or do you guys have any tips for a fellow BlackBerry user? I'm using a BlackBerry q10 running 10.3.2. I already updated the runtime fix but to no avail.

    Reload with Link, or run an autoloader. Same thing in the end.

    Don't restore any backups for additional effectiveness.

    Download the BlackBerry desktop software to your PC

    http://us.blackberry.com/software/de...erry-link.html

    Connect your phone to PC with a USB cable.
    If Link doesn't activate automatically open it on your desktop and wait for Device recognition.

    Select Settings (gear icon)
    Select Reload under Reload Device Software
    Follow the on-screen instructions to reload the software. When complete you can disconnect your device.*
    After you reload the device software setup the device as new.
