[CrackBerry Question]

I just downloaded the new operating software and now my netflix app will not open. I tried to redownload the app from amazon but can't find it anywhere

First thing to try is a hard reset. (Not exactly same as a Restart.)
Hold down the phone's top button and don't let go. Ignore onscreen options & countdown. After red LED flashes on then back off, release top button.
After this reboot, see if app works. (Probably not, but it was worth the try.)

Do you still have the APK file from when you originally downloaded it? Amazon Appstore usually removes the apk file after the app installs, but just thought I'd see.

If you do have it, I'd say delete the app, reboot, reload apk.

There have been many threads about how Netflix is no longer visible for BB10 devices in Amazon Appstore, so maybe it's just not compatible anymore for some reason.

Alternatively, you could try downloading it from a different source.
