Normally how many apps can run in the background on blackberry passport? I tired on my pp it can run up to 8 apps after that I tired to open another one but automatically one apps get closed it self!

That's the limit for all the devices, not just the Passport; stupid limit really.

Saying that, who really uses more than 8 Apps at one time ? (awaits flood of people saying they do)

The flood of people might cite more than 8 awesome apps that have useful active frames. Sadly, I have very few apps that actually use active frames in a useful way.
