    Hi.., I hav downloaded 10.3.2.2339 autoloader for z10 but I'm unable to install it...when I open the. Exe file it shows ressetting after that phone switches off by itself, then it asks for my password, green light appears on mobile after that switches on.., bt the remains as before.. no changes. Can any1 help to install 10.3.2.2339os
