    Please tell me where to download 10.3.1.1154 and also how to install it for my
    BB Z10.STL-1

    I know how to install autoloaders.

    But i don't know anything about Radios,..........

    If you are familiar with Auto-loaders but do not want the headache of destructively loading an OS, you should follow the instructions here:
