    Hi I try Hard reset.

    I pressed power button.

    Restar-> "BlackBerry" logo I press volume UP,Down at the same time.

    but.. not thing just reboot...

    how to Hard Reset?

    Hard reset just mean another reboot.
    Here's how to do it : press volume up and volume down button together, press it for at least 20 second

    vergiove is correct. You'll see a screenshot prompt, too; just ignore that and wait for the BB logo to appear.
